Corporate Opportunities

The corporate office for Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes is located in San Diego and is dedicated to supporting our restaurants, managers and crew, and fellow corporate employees with a true passion to serve.

Management Positions

We typically have three levels of management:
  • Service Manager – The SM is in charge of crew recruiting, training, shift management, inventory and crew retention. This is the stepping stone to learning about all restaurant operations.
  • Production Manager – The PM monitors inventory, ordering, recipe/menu compliance, food prep, and works hand-in-hand with the team to motivate the crew and run a successful shift.
  • General Manager – The GM is responsible for the daily direction of the operations of the restaurant in keeping with company policies, procedures and budgetary objectives. They direct actions that impact store sales, profits, personnel, controls and are accountable for all activities that go on in the restaurant at all times. The accountabilities focus on sales building, profitability, legal compliance, safety, QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness), and crew and management hiring and retention.
