What's New in the CabinetMeet Our Two New Members!1/1/2009Welcome Amy & Angie! This summer we conducted a search for two new Kitchen Cabinet members in areas of the country were we didn’t have any representation but have several new restaurants: Chicago and Dallas. We reached out to our Club Veg members, received an overwhelming response, and in the end Amy Hausman from Naperville, IL and Angie Alford from Dallas, TX were randomly chosen to represent their areas on our Kitchen Cabinet.Amy, a mom of two, is integrally involved in her Naperville community and frequents the Aurora, IL Sweet Tomatoes. She has served as an Illinois state team leader for CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation/Children’s Oncology Group, and has participated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night walk. She brings her family to Sweet Tomatoes because “it offers a great value with a fresh, wholesome menu at an affordable, one-price format that her family enjoys.” Angie, a school teacher and mom of four in Dallas, TX serves on four PTAs, the orchestra & choir boards at the local high school, and also volunteers as an administrator over children’s ministries at her church. She teaches 5th grade and mentors young teachers just beginning their careers. Angie loves Sweet Tomatoes because “there are so many fresh choices, and with four kids there is something for everyone.” Angie and her family visit the Addison, TX Sweet Tomatoes.
