EventClackamas Sweet Tomatoes Celebrates Anniversary w/ Portland Adventist Community ServicesDate: 8/24/2009 Location: 13011 SE 84th St, Clackamas, OR, Phone: 503-794-29 On Monday, August 24, the Clackamas Sweet Tomatoes, (13011 SE 84th St) will celebrate its ten-year anniversary w/ a special party complete with a guest favorite, Carrot Lava Cake. The event will also serve as a fundraiser for Portland Adventist Community Services, a service organization that addresses the needs of low-income families & individuals. The Clackamas restaurant hosted a summer-long fundraiser contest between various area non-profits. The non-profit that raised the most money through the Sweet Tomatoes FunRaiser program over a specific time period was chosen as the non-profit that Sweet Tomatoes will donate 10% of lunch & dinner sales for the entire day on August 24. Party guests will enjoy Sweet Tomatoes’ salad bar full of fresh, seasonal vegetables and tossed salads, made-from-scratch soups, hand-crafted muffins, focaccia & breads and desserts.
