Dreams Come True with Free Breakfast at Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes Pajama-rama
Teddy Bears, Blankies and PJs Are Invited in Celebration of National Pajama Month
(SAN DIEGO) September 22, 2009 – On Sunday, October 18, children can roll out of bed, watch cartoons and head straight to Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants across the nation for the 3rd annual pajama-rama. In celebration of National Pajama Month, Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants are offering children 12-years-old and younger a free breakfast from 9 a.m. until noon on Sunday, October 18th with the purchase of an adult meal.
“At Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, we are always looking for fun ways to bring families closer together,” said Joan Scharff, executive director of brand and menu strategy, “This year marks our third pajama-rama and in addition to offering families a way to save money, we hope that enjoying a fresh, made-from-scratch Sunday breakfast in pajamas will become a family tradition for years to come.”
Served year round, Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes’ Sunday breakfast offers a variety of fresh and wholesome items including fresh-made Belgian waffles, French toast topped with fruit, Potatoes O’Brien (country potatoes with peppers, onions and a pinch of spice), Zucchini Egg Frittata; Egg Scramble Focaccia (includes bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese), Tom’s Country Gravy with biscuits, homemade oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins, fresh fruit and yogurt, made-from-scratch Cinnamon Chip Biscuits with a butter cream glaze and Make-Your-Own Breakfast Burritos. Sunday breakfast options, in addition to the restaurant’s regular selections, are served every Sunday from 9 a.m. until noon at all Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes locations.
